Unless the organizer states otherwise, SportyMatch follows this standard rule:Players can cancel and receive a full refund if they cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all players will receive a full refund, no matter when the cancellation occurs.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Eligible refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear on your card, depending on your bank.
• Payments and refunds are securely handled via Stripe Connect.

• If you're not eligible under the 72-hour policy but believe you have a valid reason, you can contact the event organizer directly.
• Organizers have full discretion to approve or deny exception requests.

• Players added from a waitlist or accepted into a session within one hour of start time are still responsible for payment.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and follow the same 72-hour policy.

• Organizers are responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with this policy.
• If SportyMatch processes a refund on behalf of the organizer, the organizer may need to reimburse the refunded amount.
• Please note: Service fees and Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable.

• Refund disputes should be directed to the session organizer.
• SportyMatch may assist in resolving issues to protect the community but does not take legal or financial responsibility for individual refund disputes.
• If necessary, SportyMatch may issue a final decision to close a case. All users are expected to cooperate during this process.
